NOTICE TO PASSPORT APPLICANTS 

In compliance with the directives on Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) as stipulated by the Malaysian Government in an effort to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19, the Mission has come up with the following procedures to address the passport issuance need of Nigerians resident in Malaysia:

2. Please note that applicants who are not given appointment though email will not be entertained. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE MISSION UNTIL YOU ARE INVITED. 

3. Please be reminded that all applications for re-issuance of lost or damanged passports will be sent to Immigration Service Headquarters for approval.
