The Embassy wishes to inform the public that, in view of the onset of autumn and the falling temperatures, it has become necessary to put in place, strategies to ensure the maintenance of protocols to guard against the spread of Corona Virus. This is essential, as it is no longer conducive to proceed with the outside seating arrangement that was adopted during warm summer months.
2. To this effect, from 10th November, 2020, the submission of applications for visas, as well as the authentication/issuance of documents will be from 10.00am to 1.00pm, while collection would be at 3.00pm – 4.00pm.
3. Applicants for Passports should please ensure that they obtain an appointment at: https://enkpassport-appointment.youcanbook.me, as the Embassy is constrained by limited space. The appointment times must be strictly adhered to, in order to guarantee efficiency.
4. Kindly note that the Embassy will resume normal operations from Mondays to Fridays, from 10.00am to 4.00pm, to accommodate the new arrangement.
