Following the decision of the Government of Ukraine to enforce a lock-down to curtail the spread of the COVID-19 effective from 5th April, 2021, the public is hereby notified that the Chancery will operate only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 10.00am to 2.00pm, commencing Tuesday 6th April, 2021. This is essential, as it is no longer conducive to proceed with the normal working days and hours based on the quarantine measures.
2. Consequently, the submission of applications for visas, as well as the authentication/issuance of documents will be from 11.00am to 12.30pm, while collection would be at 1.00pm – 2.00pm. Furthermore, applicants for Passports should please ensure that they obtain an appointment at:
