This is to inform Nigerians traveling from Europe, Particularly the Netherlands, back to Nigeria where PCR test is required, that the Dutch government offers free PCR test with COVID Certificate to prospective travelers. If you do not have proof of vaccination or proof of recovery from COVID-19, you can be tested free of charge at certain test centres.
