Please note the following important information from the Immigration Intervention unit coming after reviewing the numbers of applicants, the Immigration unit said they will be doing the exercise in phases because they are still going to Philippines and other places, so they will be coming here first to attend to those in critical need of renewal, so that they can go back immediately and process the passport with the available booklets and send back.

The following applicants are those in critical need that available booklets will cover.

1. Applicants whose passport has expired and already in $10 daily penalty since the pandemic started.
2. Applicants who are only eligible to one visa month extension.
3. Applicants whose visa will be expiring and cannot renew anymore.

You will be contacted if you are in the above category.

Please kindly be patient if you are not in the above categories, everyone will be attended to, but in phases, it was because of the quarantine requirements that prevented the unit from attending to our needs in this region, not only in Cambodia, since there is no more restrictions they assure that they will be coming frequently from now to attend to all the applications submitted.
