REGISTRATION FOR PASSPORT INTERVENTION 2026

The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Manila, Philippines, with concurrent accreditation to the Kingdom of Cambodia, in collaboration with NIDO Cambodia, wishes to inform the Nigerian community in Cambodia that preparations are underway for the forthcoming passport intervention exercise.

All interested Nigerians are kindly advised to comply with the following requirements.

Renewal requirements.

• Applicants must present the following at submission:
• National Identification Number (NIN) {Ensure it is the same data on your passport}.
• Birth Certificate • Recent Passport Photograph (ICAO standards)
• Current Passport Data Page
• Download and complete the electronic passport application form link 

Fresh applicant requirements

• Local government letter of the parents.
• Birth certificate of the child.
• Data page of both parents’ passport.
• Letter of consent from Non-Nigerian Mother.
• Recent Passport Photograph (ICAO standards).
• Download and complete the electronic passport application form link

Please note that only applicants whose applications have been fully processed and payments successfully completed will be scheduled for biometric capturing.

Kindly be informed that once the registration period is closed, there will be no provision for walk-in applications, as was previously practiced.

The registration period will run throughout the month of April 2026.

All completed forms should be submitted at the designated location .
