R7A - Student Visa
The R7A Student Visa is a Multiple Entry Temporary Residence Visa (TRV) for foreign adult student who has secured admission to study in an accredited educational institution in Nigeria. This two-year renewable visa introduced in the Nigeria Visa Policy 2020 is only obtainable through the Nigerian Mission : Embassy, High Commission or Consulate.
Eligibility
Only adult foreign student (18 years old and above) who already secured admission to pursue education in Nigeria.
Requirements
- Admission Letter from an Accredited Educational Institution
- Formal R7A Application by the Institution to the CGI
(Must indicate Acceptance of Immigration Responsibilities) - Evidence of Payment of Required Tuition Fees to the Institution
- Evidence of Sufficient Funds or Means of Sustenance
- Travel Document valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank pages
- Printout of completed Online Visa Application form.
- Printout of the Online Payment Acknowledgement slip.
- Two (2) recent Passport sized (35/40mm) Photograph.
- Any other requirement of the Nigeria Consular Mission.
