Under the Nigeria Visa Policy 2020, the Minor Dependant of Accredited Diplomat Visa is a Multiple Entry Temporary Residence Visa issued to child or juveline son, daughter or other dependant relative of R1A Visa holder to accompany them to reside in Nigeria for the duration of principal applicant's diplomatic assignment. This R1C visa class is only issued to unmarried persons below the age of 18, obtainable only through the Nigerian Embassy, High Commision or Consulate abroad.
Eligibility
- Minor Dependant of Accredited Diplomat Only
- Child / Minor (less than 18 years old) Relative of Ambassador, Consul, Attaché or other accredited diplomats to Nigeria in official capacity
Requirements
- Valid International Passport with at least 2 blank pages.
- Letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nigeria.
- Printout of completed Online Visa Application form.
- Printout of the Online Payment Acknowledgement slip.
- Two (2) recent Passport sized (35/40mm) Photograph.
- Any other requirement of the Nigeria Consular Mission
